You need the 3rd party software to upload your files to the web server. Normally it called ftp application.

Yes, you can adjust the size of the banner/slideshow by changing the width and height where you have embedded the iBannerElite.swf file.

•  3    Can I adjust the size of the caption background?

No, you can't adjust the size of the caption background. It'll be adjusted automatically to show all of your caption. So you should adjust the size of the font or turn it off.

•  4    Why I don't see the images appear at all?

Check and make sure the path of your images is correct and images is not missing. So iBanner Elite can load the images.

•  5    Why I don't see any or some image appear?

In your iBannerElite.xml file (I assume you use the default XML file name) check and make sure the path for the missing image file. The image path and image file name you're specifying. It is correct for the flash player to access and download. Also make sure that image is existing.

•  6    Can I change the caption's background color?

Yes, you can change the caption background color and transparent background how much opacity you want to see through.

•  7    What type of image can I use?

This version is supporting image file with extension .jpg, .png and .gif format. You're welcome to try any other format as you wish. It won't make any harm to the file. However, you can see the image appears or not appear at all.

•  8    What is the target URL can I use to redirect user when the image is clicked?

There are four types of target you can use to redirect user such as blank/parent/self/top. In most cases you would use blank or self.

•  9    Can I apply a difference font color for the caption?

Yes, you can apply any font color for the caption as long as you use the hexadecimal number. You need to specify it in your <caption> section under [background_color] attribute in the iBannerElite.xml file. Alternatively, you can use HTML-formatting styles for your caption.

Yes, you can I apply any font name. You need to specify it in your <fontformat> section in the iBannerElite.xml file

Yes, you can change the font size. You need to specify it in your <fontformat> section in the iBannerElite.xml file

• 12    Can I specify individual redirect target for each image?

Yes, you can specify individual redirect target. You need to specify it in your <image> under [linktarget] attribute section in the iBannerElite.xml file

• 13    How do I refresh or update the banner/slideshow contents?

It is updating it contents when you refresh the browser. However, if you want it to be refresh at a specific time then you have to embedded the flash as an iframe and put the javascript refresh on that iframe page source so when it refreshes it doesn't effect with your normal web page contents.

• 14    Can I rename the iBannerElite.swf file to other name that I want?

Yes, you can rename iBannerElite.swf file to any name that you like. Once you have rename it you also need modify that name in the web page that you have embedded flash to match up the new name.

• 15    Can I rename the iBannerElite.xml file to other name that I want?

Yes, you can rename iBannerElite.xml file to any name that you like. Once you have rename it you also need modify that name in the web page that you have embedded flash to match up the new name at all the lines that mention

Yes, you can. You must pointing your embbeded flash file to that path otherwise your iBannerElite won't work.
