You need the 3rd party software to upload your files to the web server. Normally it called ftp application.

•  2    Can I adjust the size of the ticker?

Yes, you can specify the width and height of the ticker.

•  3    Why I don't see the ticker appears at all?

Check and make sure the path of your flash file is correct. If you're not sure about the relative path of your file, you can always specify the exact path.

•  4    Can I change the background image?

Yes, you can change the background to any image that you like by open the configure xml file and find the line with tag <bgImageSource>mypicture.jpg</bgImageSource>

•  5    Why I don't see the animation effect appears when mouse over?

Check and make sure the hover background color is not the same with your main background color if you don't use background image.

•  6    What type of image can I use for the background?

This version is currently support jpg format only. You're welcome to try any other format. It won't make any harm to the ticker. The background of your ticker is just blank like you did not apply any image.

•  7    What is the target URL can I use to redirect user when item is clicked?

There are four type of target you can use to redirect user such as (blank/parent/self/top)

Yes, you can I apply any color for the background. But if you use background image you won't see the effect of background's color

No, you can't specify individual redirect target.

• 14    How do I refresh the ticker to update it contents?

The ticker is updating it contents when you refresh the browser. However, if you want the ticker to be refresh at a specific time then you have to embedded the flash as an iframe and put the javascript refresh on that iframe page source.

• 15    How do I check or validate my config xml file to see if it's correct?

Enter the url address where you stored your config xml file on the browser to validate and check if there is any error.
